More than $8200 has been raised via a Givealittle page to help the daughters of Natanya Campell, who was tragically killed in Whangarei.

Natanya, 37, and her mother Wendy Campbell-Rodgers, 60, were shot dead by Quinn Patterson during a routine property inspection at the house he was renting on July 26.

The Givealittle page was set up by a family friend to raise money for Natanya’s four girls, aged between three and 19.

‘‘This page has been set up to help assist the girls with future educational costs enabling them to achieve their future goals and to show that whilst their mother and grandmother may have gone they are not forgotten and much loved.’’

Natanya lived in rural Mitimiti until moving to Whangarei three years ago. She had only recently joined her mother at work to provide for her daughters.

They worked as property inspectors and had arrived at Patterson’s house on the morning of July 26 to carry out repairs. Police are continuing to investigate.

Natanya was farewelled at a private tangi in the Hokianga on August 1. Wendy was farewelled by family and friends in Whangarei on August 2.
