A good ex­er­cise here to learn the ‘feels’, pick­ing up even small de­gree changes in the po­si­tion of his spinal an­gles and learn­ing to con­trol these. Rory will be mov­ing his arms from above his head to over his chest whilst main­tain­ing sta­bil­ity through his core, glutes and ham­strings.
