They’ve been on field enemies since 1881, but Six Nations giants England and Wales have decided to work together on the training field. The two sides have put aside their differences and organised a scrummaging and lineout battle on the training field as they prepare for their November internationals. The idea is understood to have been cooked up by Gatland and England forwards coach Steve Borthwick, who was also part of the Lions coaching team in New Zealand during the summer. The Welsh players will travel to Clifton for the behind-closed-doors session on the morning of November 6 before returning to their Vale training base to continue preparations in the afternoon.
