Honey Hireme

Kiwi league standouts and Dallin Watene-Zelezniak have made the final shortlists for the international golden boot award. Hireme, a dual code international dubbed Honey Bill, is one of five contenders for the inaugural women’s golden boot, alongside Australians Ali Brigginshaw, Brittany Breayley and Isabelle Kelly and England’s Georgia Roche. Kiwis fullback WateneZelezniak is up against England’s Elliott Whitehead and Tommy Makinson and Australia’s James Tedesco for the men’s award. The winners will be announced at a function at Elland Road, Leeds, on Thursday.
