The Horowhenua Mail - - FRONT PAGE -

Hi everyone, I’ve got some great news!

Our classified advertising call centre has moved from the Philippines back to New Zealand.

I know having to call Manilla has often been the source of frustration for readers. Fairfax has recognised this and has made amends.

The new call centre has been based in Palmerston North since September 4. The change will affect Fairfax newspapers throughout the country, including The Kapiti Observer and Horowhenua Mail.

Now you can phone the new number 0800 767 111 for all your classified ads including public notices, situations vacant, wanted to buy, rentals and trades and services.

The new team have been trained up, and have already been receiving lots of positive feedback from customers.

They’ve promised to continue to work hard to maintain and improve that experience for you.

Thanks for reading, we really appreciate it.

- Sharron Pardoe, News Director Communities.
