FROM THE NEWS DESK
Election voting started this week so if you are yet to do so, it is a must.
As someone who passed on voting last election, I see that it is something really important as a New Zealander, so I certainly will not be missing this year.
‘‘One vote won’t make any difference’’ I thought. But it does.
Every vote counts and every vote is your vote towards how the country you were born in and/or call home should be run.
What issues are important to you? What do you stand for? What changes do you want to see?

There are voting stations that have already opened up throughout Invercargill and the wider Southland so there’s no excuse not to pop in.
It will only take five minutes. If you are unsure where to go, head to elections.org.nz to find your nearest voting station and times.
There are several around Invercargill, Bluff, Otatara, Riverton, Wyndham and
