Zidane denies rift

Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane says there’s no rift between him and Cristiano Ronaldo, despite the team’s talisman appearing to react angrily to being substituted in Sunday’s 2-all draw at Las Palmas. Ronaldo’s response to being taken off in the 72nd minute of the game has been the subject of much attention in the Spanish media in the build up to today’s heavyweight Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund.
