PREP AHEAD
Pork chops can be rubbed with garlic, lemon, rosemary and olive oil and left overnight. Fry tortillas up to five days in advance and store in an airtight container.
Green sauce can be made up to five days in advance and stored in the fridge.
Bulgur can be soaked and drained and stored in an airtight container in the fridge up to four days in advance, as can the dressing.
