A police officer is reportedly recovering after a close encounter with an amorous woman outside a Kaita¯ia bar. The woman, who might have been intoxicated, made a bee line for the officer’s crotch, whilst professing instant attraction, her target fleeing to the safety of a patrol car, locking the doors behind him. His fellow constable said he would have removed him from the scene more quickly than he did had he not been laughing so much he couldn’t drive.
