Changing of the guards at PSNZ
The PSNZ has had a changing of the guard, and Peter Robertson is the new president of the society.
Robertson has served as the vice president of the PSNZ for the last three years, supporting outgoing president Murray Cave — and says he is looking forward to stepping up and embracing the role of president.
Once he took on wearing the presidential shoes, Robertson left behind an empty vicepresident position, which Moira Blincoe was appointed to fill. Blincoe has served four years on the PSNZ council and has been responsible for the communications portfolio. In taking on the vice-president role, Blincoe said she is looking forward to the new challenges that come with it and supporting Robertson to ensure that the society is a robust organization.
