Need some time out from the kids? Want some­thing to defuse the feud be­tween Aunt Myr­tle and Un­cle Cyril? Or sim­ply some­thing to help you snooze off that ex­tra­help­ing of tri­fle? Well, Kiwi broad­cast­ers have some­thing to suit just about ev­ery­one in that stretch from Christ­mas Eve to Box­ing Day night.

With more than 50 chan­nels to choose from, it’s easy to get con­fused about what’s on when and what not to miss. So while we can’t pre­vent ar­gu­ments break­ing out over the re­mote – af­ter shak­ing ev­ery chan­nel’s of­fer­ings un­der the Christ­mas tree – here are our sug­ges­tions for view­ing op­tions.
