What you were wearing
My jacket is from Storm, the top is from Cue and my shirt is from Kimberleys. I am quite interested in fashion. I like to keep informed by reading magazines and spotting things I like. I am from Nelson but have friends down here who have a business which supplies clothing to fashion stores. If I time my trip well I get to pick out some of the extras to add to my wardrobe. In fact I am just off to meet them now.
My pants are from a little boutique store in Blankenese in my hometown of Hamburg, the shirt is from LaDage & Oelke, also in Hamburg, and my cardigan is from Bloom. I am conscious of trends and like to follow them but don’t spend too much time making sure I keep up with them. For me, clothing needs to be simple and easy to put on. I tend to go for a more classic but casual look.
My jacket is from a small boutique fashion store in Italy, the jeans are by Karen Walker, my top is from Portmans and the bag was found in Riccarton. I’m all about casual streetwear. I take influence from European street style as I am originally from that side of the globe but have been living here for 12 years. When I came over I brought about 80 percent of my wardrobe. I have picked up some extra bits and pieces here but do most of my clothes shopping when I am overseas. Favourite store is Century 21 in New York.
My shoes are from New Look, the shirt and skirt are both from Miss Selfridge, my bag is from Top Shop and the bracelets are from Etsy. I live in the United Kingdom so all the clothes I am wearing are from shops at home. I really like a typical girly outfit and also love the 50s look. So I look in vintage clothing stores and tend to wear things like bows and flowery patterns with skirts.
