A: It is likely the building will be repaired and used for either office space or ‘‘education use’’. Otakaro Ltd inherited the eightstorey building after Crown-owned CERA was disestablished earlier this year. The Crown bought the building for $50 million as part of its east frame land acquisition. Development negotiations are set to take place soon, with a proposed refurbishment completion date in the first half of 2018.
