Savabeel’s progressive daughter Savvan has the Queensland Oaks on her programme. The New Zealand-bred filly will continue on a classic course following her defeat of her older opposition at Canterbury on Wednesday. ‘‘She’s built like a colt,’’ trainer James Cummings said. ‘‘She’s got plenty of substance about her.’’ The Listed Gold Coast Bracelet on May 6 has been tagged as Savvan’s likely lead-up to the Oaks at Eagle Farm on June 3.
