Ev­ery Au­gust, The Michelle Robin­son Dance Theatre presents a week­end af­ter­noon fam­ily pro­duc­tion at The Globe and this year it’s The Wind in the Wil­lows.

There are two per­for­mances only – Satur­day and Sun­day, Au­gust 8 and 9, at 2pm. The first half in­cludes de­light­ful clas­si­cal bal­let, con­tem­po­rary and jazz, fea­tur­ing many of Michelle’s young dancers. Book at The Globe, Mon­day to Fri­day, be­tween 10am and 2pm, phone 06 351-4409.

The Gothic clas­sic play Franken­stein by Nick Dea opens at Cen­tre­point Theatre on Satur­day, Au­gust 8 for just 15 per­for­mances.

Mr Lola Il­lu­sion and the Boom Boom Room Bur­lesque Com­pany present Ho­tel D’ Amour – room ser­vice with a twist – in Globe 2 for just two 9pm shows on Fri­day and Satur­day, Au­gust 14 and 15. Book at The Globe.
