Terrace End Law is your friendly local law firm. The team at Terrace End Law is made up of Necia Parker, an experienced and Registered Legal Executive, Necia’s personal assistant Tina Eames, Relationship Property Specialist Mary Spillane and receptionist Christabel Burne. The team at Terrace End Law is always happy to help you with their approachable and welcoming manner.

Terrace End Law is pleased to welcome back Mary Spillane, Barrister and Solicitor, who has represented the clients of Terrace End Law for five of the last six years. Mary’s principal area of practice is relationship property.

Mary’s client-focused approach acknowledges the pressures and uncertainties that are faced by her clients after a relationship breakdown. She is dedicated to ensuring each client has a full understanding of their legal rights and options so they are empowered to make the right decisions.

Mary is dedicated to achieving timely, cost-effective solutions by giving sound, results-focused advice and by providing robust representation to her clients. She says that a major concern for any client dealing with a relationship property dispute is the amount of capital they will walk away with when settlement is achieved.

Mary also understands how important it is that legal costs do not deplete the capital that clients will need to move on with their lives, and Mary says that this issue is part and parcel of providing a transparent service with responsive communication at every juncture.

In the community there are many confusing misconceptions about the law of relationship property. It is a complicated area of law, and all sorts of difficulties can arise if people rely on commonly held beliefs. This is one reason why it is vitally important that people seek legal advice at the earliest opportunity.

An equally important issue for Mary’s clients is planning for the future and Mary is able to provide prudent and knowledgeable advice on planning ahead with the use of wills, contracting-out agreements and trusts.

Another area of Mary’s practice is Contracting Out Agreements, which enable a couple to make their own decisions about the legal status and ownership of the property owned by either or both of them and to have those personal decisions embodied in a binding agreement which essentially overrides the application of the law.

Again, it is very important that clients have a clear understanding of what they might be gaining or losing, and that they are empowered to look to the future and make decisions about whether an arrangement that seems fair and reasonable today, will meet their expectations in years to come. In this respect there is no substitute for sound and knowledgeable legal advice.

At Terrace End Law the major focus is on customer service and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

If you are buying or selling a house, refinancing, wanting to make a Will or working through Relationship Property matters, Terrace End Law likes you to feel comfortable with the processes involved and its intention is to keep your transaction as simple and stress free as possible.

Necia, Mary, Tina and Christabel are there to help you. They believe it is essential to provide a unique customer experience by proactively anticipating their clients’ needs and expectations and exceeding them, every time. They make sure every client is made to feel important when they walk into their office.

Terrace End Law’s personal touch and service begins by providing its clients a top-quality legal service, in a friendly professional manner. They believe in making their clients feel comfortable and discussing matters in terms they can understand. No question is a silly question, and at Terrace End Law they can ensure your business, no matter how big or small, is completed in the smoothest, simplest and most efficient way for you.
