Mossman’s versatility and adaptability lauded

The Tribune (NZ) - - GARDENING -

Mossman Construction has routinely take on many different challenges, it’s been the nature of their business from day one. Willingly building, renovating and repairing anything asked of them has created a nimbleness and adaptability in the Mossman team that has proven to be a real strength.

Every job builds experience. Ultimately comes the confidence to tackle progressively bigger jobs like the massive renovation that won Mossman Construction the Manawatu/Wanganui Master Build Services Renovations up to $250,000 Award.

The Georgian style two-storey brick home was in need of a massive makeover including a modern kitchen, more connected living spaces and vital indoor-outdoor flow.

Putting an architecturally designed portico on the front of the house was the facelift needed to add real style and grandeur to a previously unassuming front entrance. Like most makeovers, the seamless improvements belie the huge amount of work required behind the scenes. Extensive internal steel beams provided structure for the front entrance and also for a covered conservatory, creating the outdoor living that had always been lacking.

An architecturally designed portico and an outdoor entertaining area were two of the features of Mossman Construction’s award-winning renovation.
