Ex­cit­ing moves ahead for cen­tre

Af­ter 30 years of running a suc­cess­ful Fit­ness Cen­tre Jim Pitt and Mar­i­anne Poole are con­tin­u­ing to look to the fu­ture as they wel­come the new team from Eclipse Nu­tri­tion and Per­sonal Train­ing Ser­vices.

‘‘What is most ex­cit­ing is that Barry, a qual­i­fied nu­tri­tion­ist, along with per­sonal train­ers Char and Si­mon all share our en­thu­si­asm for the health and fit­ness in­dus­try and have the same pas­sion for help­ing clients achieve their goals.

‘‘Barry, Char and Si­mon of­fer a com­pre­hen­sive and pro­fes­sional per­sonal train­ing and nu­tri­tion ser­vice which is a great ad­di­tion to Hu­man Move­ments and cer­tainly some­thing clients will gain ben­e­fit from, es­pe­cially over the longer term.’’

To­mor­row, De­cem­ber 17, Eclipse will be hold­ing an Open ‘Launch’ Day from 5pm to 6.30pm, where ev­ery­one is wel­come to come down to Hu­man Move­ments Fit­ness Cen­tre to find out more about the pro­grammes Eclipse of­fer. There will be a num­ber of com­pe­ti­tions in­clud­ing a press-up chal­lenge and quizzes, a ma­jor prize draw which in­cludes gym mem­ber­ship and per­sonal train­ing ses­sions. They will also have free body anal­y­sis and sam­ples of pro­tein packed pancakes and low carb beer, plus much more.
