Awards celebrate 2015 theatre highlights
From Shakespeare to B&D, new plays to old favourites, a varied and exciting array of theatre productions are back in the spotlight on Friday night.
The annual Globe Theatre Awards are celebrating the top non-professional shows, performances and production work of 2015 in a gala occasion at the theatre.
During the past year, a jury of panelists saw 25 shows from 19 regional theatre companies between Dannevirke and Levin, and have come up with a list of

Panel convenor Sheridan Hickey says it’s been a treat to see the enthusiasm and enjoyment of participants in last year’s productions, which involved more than 200 performers on stage and at least an equivalent number working behind the scenes.
