Inspire.Net wins customer award
Local ISP Inspire.Net has won a Consumer NZ People’s Choice award. A few weeks ago, the company topped Consumer’s ISP customer satisfaction ratings. Now it has achieved the supreme recognition for customer service, scoring above average in all the key measurements, with an overall satisfaction score of 98 per cent.
Inspire.Net also achieved the highest score (99 per cent) for customer support – as against an average of just 50 per cent.
Managing director James Watts is understandably rapt with the award.
‘‘As a small player, it’s often a challenge to be heard among the big boys; this means we have to punch above our weight and provide exceptional customer experiences. Consumer NZ’s validation of this through the People’s Choice award is something we are extremely proud of,’’ James says.
Inspire.Net is listed as the country’s ninth biggest provider with just 0.49 per cent of the market.
‘‘We have also held Consumer Trusted status for two years, which ensures we constantly remain focused on our customers and their needs.’’
The Consumer NZ People’s Choice endorsement was established in July last year. Winners are identified through detailed analysis of Consumer NZ member surveys with some 8600 participants.
Consumer NZ’s Derek Bonnar says to achieve a People’s Choice award, a brand has to stand out in terms of customer satisfaction, and the endorsement is an outstanding effort -one that resonates with the market. Winning brands are able to license use of Consumer NZ awards for marketing and promotions.
The Mobile Service Provider category was won by Skinny Mobile.
