The Tribune (NZ) - - NEWS -

The absence of the Square Circular in last week’s edition of The Tribune was noticed by many of our readers who enjoy looking through it on a monthly basis.

We had obviously intended to include it but were unable to do so due to unforseen circumstances arising from the Kaikoura earthquake.

The Circular is printed in the South Island, which meant the trucks that deliver it to Manawatu did not make it here in time for the delivery because of delays caused by road damage. While I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, I hope you’ll take the time to give it a read this week.

In this week’s edition we also welcome the return of Palmerston North mayor Grant Smith’s monthly column. The mayor took a break from writing the columns prior to the Palmerston North election race but has returned following his landslide victory. His latest column is in our Conversations section on page 13.
