Operatunity is bringing seven of its favourite artists to the Life Church on Wednesday December 14 at 11am to perform a variety of musical styles from the past 15 years, including musical theatre, proms, comic songs, sentimental ballads and more.

‘‘The concert will feature the best of the best, showcasing all the different styles of music we have presented over the years plus a few surprises,’’ says cofounder and co-owner Susan Boland.

Susan will be joined on stage by co-owner and co-founder John Cameron, Bonaventure Allan-Moetaua, Karl Perigo, Lynette Martin, Scot Hall and pianist Paul Carnegie-Jones. Karl, who originates from Feilding, will be remembered as one of the stars of the tribute to Mario Lanza which performed in Palmerston North earlier this month.

‘‘It’s hard to believe that from nine people in our first audience, we now sing to thousands each month. To survive for 15 years in this highly-competitive market is fabulous. We look forward to doing it for many more years.’’

Twoof the principal singers from Operatunity’s 15th Anniversary Gala are Susan Boland and Bonaventure Allan-Moetaua.
