FROM THE EDITOR
It’s incredibly exciting that our city is home to the only dedicated wildlife hospital in the country, which opened on Friday at Massey University.
Wildbase now has its own space at the university with the facilities and abilities to treat 600 patients annually (Page 5).
Construction of the complementary Wildbase Recovery centre at Victoria Esplanade is set to start soon as well.
Meanwhile, we were so thrilled this week when we got the call about our new Windback Wednesday series, which you can read about on the front page.
What a great start to our new photographic series featuring pictures from the Palmerston North City Library archives.
Speaking of photos, have you taken any good ones lately? We’d love to see your photos so send them in to us so we can include them on a picture page in an upcoming edition.
