PATHS TAKEN OVER

The Tribune (NZ) - - CONVERSATIONS -

I thought it was bad enough that the footpaths have been taken over by table and chairs by the cities cafes and bars but now they have spread out onto the street.

Obviously someone told the PNCC they could make more money from a car park if it were a cafeteria.

What’s the PNCC got next for us? Restaurants and bars on roundabouts or traffic islands, after all they are wasted space, unlike car parks in the CBD.
