If a person decides to replace an old-style overhead light in the lounge, one LED is insufficient to provide the same amount of light in the room.
How often do we see lounges or dining rooms with six or more LEDs?
Surely the city council thought of this before replacing light for light, without increasing the number.
The running cost and lifespan of LEDs is a huge incentive, but not when taking into account the increase in underground work, poles and lights necessary to maintain the same standard of illumination. Margaret Janssen, Palmerston North
