Travel Digest - - AIR LINES / AGENT CHAT - Debbie Bradford Travel broker NZ Travel Brokers Cromwell

What are the top travel experiences clients are booking?

Beach Holidays to Rarotonga, river cruises in Europe and the Rocky Mountaineer train journey in conjunction with an inside passage cruise.

What type of travel industry function do you most enjoy?

Our annual company conference is an absolute standout – socialising for three days with the NZ Travel Brokers “Broker Family / Support Office team” and suppliers. When you are a broker working remotely, this provides quality time with industry colleagues, enabling us to share, learn and gain valuable knowledge.

What is your view on airline food?

I eat very little when flying, but fresh light snack food and plenty of fluid would be the key for airlines to focus on.

What airports do you most admire?

Changi in Singapore rates very highly – it’s efficient and fantastic facilities make it easy for travellers to transit or stopover.

What has been your most memorable holiday?

NZ Travel Brokers top ten trip to Tahiti / Bora Bora. Stunning beaches, exquisite food and an absolute highlight not to be missed – is snorkelling with black tip sharks, tropical fish and mantra rays.

What would be your dream holiday?

A trip to the Maldives with my family.

I can’t travel without … ?

My phone and running shoes. (Running / walking takes you off the beaten track to see the life of locals – to me that’s what travel is all about.)
