LEAOD cushion concert: The senior show-team at Louise Emma Academy of Dance (LEAOD) is putting on a cushion concert to raise money to get seven dancers to the National Young Performer Awards in Palmerston North next month. The concert will be at Te Huruhi Primary School hall at 3pm. BYO cushion, tickets at the door for a $5minimum donation. Waiheke Health Trust Fundraiser: Dress in cocktail wear for a night of glamour at Stonyridge Vineyard to raise money for the health trust andwaiheke Rotary. On the Beach: A 1959 film directed by Stanley Kramer, starring Ava Gardner and Gregory Peck, will be screened at Tivoli in Oneroa from 6pm. A short documentary will be shown before the film.
