A man entered a caravan on a private property in Waihi and allegedly assaulted the female occupier around 11pm on May 2.

The victim described the offender as a Caucasian with pale skin, aged between mid to late 20s and 30s.

He was of slim to skinny build and had two missing teeth, one being a front top tooth. The man is described as being between 172 and 182 cm in height.

The victim said he was behaving erratically and was possibly on drugs or intoxicated.
