Time to register your dog

Waihi Leader - - News -

Waihi Beach residents should have received information on dog registration.

This year's registration information was sent by mail, or email last week, along with Council's newsletter Dogs of the Western Bay.

Registration is due by July 1 but owners have until August 1 to pay before any penalties apply.

This year's tags are green and all the information on the fees and how they apply to different dogs — de-sexed, unneutered, dangerous, working and assistance dogs — is available on council's website: www.westernbay.govt.nz/ dog registration. If owner's of the dog/s details have changed from last year, it is possible to update the information online at www.westernbay.govt.nz / dogpayment or on the registration form when making payment.

For any queries please contact Council’s customer services team, phone 0800 926 732 or email customerservice@westernbay.govt.nz
