Abo­rig­i­nal tour in Man­durah of­fers unique in­sights

Newly launched walk­ing, bus and ca­noe tours are show­cas­ing the Noon­gar Abo­rig­i­nal her­itage and sig­nif­i­cant cul­tural sites of the scenic coastal city of Man­durah, one hour south of Perth in SA, Australia. Led by for­mer school­teacher Ge­orge Wal­ley, Mand­joo­go­ordup Dream­ing’s ex­pe­ri­ences in­clude ex­plo­ration of the wa­ter­ways’ nat­u­ral riches and cul­tural con­nec­tions, and an Abo­rig­i­nal in­ter­pre­ta­tion of the throm­bo­lites – an­cient rock-like liv­ing fos­sils. Guests can also par­tic­i­pate in a bush tucker and nat­u­ral medicine bush­walk or a ca­noe pad­dle along the Ser­pen­tine River.
