Op­po­site page right: This photo was taken of my Dad, Peter White­head, walk­ing through Cooks Cove. Ev­ery time I am home my Dad and I go for a walk to­gether as it is a pas­sion we share that no­body else in the fam­ily shares. It’s a great way to spend time to­gether and catch up. Cooks Cove Walk­way is lo­cated in To­laga Bay, which is on the East Coast of the North Is­land. The walk is 5.8kms re­turn and is a great day trip if you are ever in Gis­borne.
