A WAY WITH WORDS, WRIT­ING FOR WELL­BE­ING

What: Writ­ing is an ex­pan­sive process. It opens you up and helps com­plete your in­ner cy­cle. Writ­ing ther­apy can be used for: ex­pres­sion; un­der­stand­ing old hurts; dream­ing; med­i­ta­tion, etc. This work­shop will use a num­ber of pro­cesses to in­vite you to un­lock un­fin­ished busi­ness and build aware­ness, in a safe en­vi­ron­ment. HOW FILMS IM­PACT OUR SPIR­I­TU­AL­ITY
