Notice of intention to issue a ground lease

Pursuant to Section 54 of the Reserves Act 1977, notice is hereby given of an intention to issue a ground lease to the Wanganui Motor Boat Club Incorporated for the term of six years over about 180-square metres of land being part of Certificate of Title Volume B2 Folio 745 and described as Section 492 Left Bank Whanganui River and situated at Anzac Parade, commonly known as Kōwhai Park, Whanganui, for recreational purposes.
