1 cup home­made or good-qual­ity may­on­naise 2 Tbsp miso

2 Tbsp finely grated fresh gin­ger

1 clove gar­lic, crushed

2 tsp soft brown sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp soy sauce

Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents and store in a jar in the fridge for up to a week.
