Celebrity Chefs Annabelle White and Ray McVin­nie to demon­strate their culi­nary skills

Pop­u­lar tele­vi­sion and ra­dio cook­ing per­son­al­ity Annabelle White is syn­ony­mous with good food and fun times in the kitchen. Annabelle be­lieves that keep­ing food sim­ple, easy, “con­fi­dence build­ing” and de­li­cious, mixed with plenty of tips, funny quips and great recipes make for good times for fam­ily and friends. Annabelle was a long time food colum­nist for the Sun­day Star-Times and also wrote the pop­u­lar Food De­tec­tive col­umn. She is the for­mer food ed­i­tor for NZ House & Gar­den and the New Zealand Women’s Weekly.

Ray McVin­nie be­lieves in get­ting the best qual­ity prod­ucts that suit your bud­get, eat real food, cook it well and share it with peo­ple you like. Ray has al­ways had a pas­sion for food. A pro­fes­sional chef for many years at some of Auck­land’s best restau­rants, he was Ex­ec­u­tive Chef at Auck­land’s Metropole Restau­rant for 6 years. He has been a food writer and ad­vi­sor at Cui­sine mag­a­zine, celebrity judge on Mas­terchef NZ, food colum­nist in the Sun­day Star-Times, Sun­day mag­a­zine and is now work­ing with Bite Mag­a­zine.

Annabelle and Ray will present two demon­stra­tions each day in the Cook­ing Demon­stra­tion area. Nu­tri­tious and de­li­cious food will be their theme with each demon­stra­tion last­ing over half an hour. These demon­stra­tions are free to at­tend.
