Woman’s Day (NZ) - - Your Beauty -

WHAT IS IT? Baby Botox involves having tiny doses of botulinum toxin in (which relaxes the muscles that create specific lines) injected into areas of the face, such as between the eyebrows or on the forehead.

PAIN FACTOR: About 4/10.

DOWNTIME: None.

RESULTS: The results are very similar to when normal doses of Botox are given, but with “lighter” treatment, there’s more movement and the results don’t last quite as long. It’s ideal for women who are new to Botox, and want to familiariseise themselves with the procedure and d results. Baby Botox is often used to treat crow’s feet (the fine lines and wrinkles at the corner of the eyes) as well as frown and forehead lines.s

COST: It depends on the individual and the areas being treated, but treatment at The Face Place in

Auckland is around $150.
