Succulent Cake Garden
2 x 600g shop-bought
mud cakes double quantity of buttercream as per Brushstroke Cake, with extra ½ cup icing sugar green and purple food
1. Trim tops from cakes to level.
2. Divide buttercream between three bowls. Tint one with green colouring, one with purple and leave one bowl untinted.
3. Ice top and sides of the stacked cakes with untinted buttercream. Using piping nozzles, pipe flowers and shapes onto the top and sides of cake.
4. Dust with icing sugar before serving.
