JOHNNY SAYS “I DON’T!”

With her career on the rocks, it’s t’s no surprise Roseanne had hoped for the distraction of a wedding. But ut those close to the star say her longtime me love, musician Johnny Argent, 68, has turned down her many proposals. “He just laughs it off, asking why a pair of senior citizens need to get married,” tells a friend. “He’s vowed to be there for her, but t he insists they don’t need a piece of paper to tie them together.” A source says Johnny, who is holed up with Roseanne at her Hawaiian nut farm, is worried about her mental health. “He’s doing everything he can to be a shoulder to cry on, but he has no intention of marrying Roseanne – not now, not ever.”
