Keep up the nu­tri­ents

The nau­sea that many women face in the early months of preg­nancy can make food choices hard, but good nu­tri­tion is one of the best gifts you can give your grow­ing baby. I found that av­o­cado and tomato on toast with plenty of salt hit the spot for ward­ing off that sick feel­ing. But if you can’t face a salad or veg­eta­bles, try whizzing up a healthy smoothie to drink each morn­ing for an in­stant hit of nu­tri­ents.

SMOOTHIE 3 cubes of ice 250ml al­mond milk hand­ful of spinach ½ ba­nana 2 ta­ble­spoons yo­ghurt small hand­ful nd­ful of pineap­ple Blend all in­gre­di­ents in­gre edi­ents to­gether.
