250g but­ter, soft­ened

½ cup caster sugar

½ cup NESTLÉ® HIGHLANDER

Sweet­ened Con­densed Milk

2 ¼ cups plain flour, sifted

125g NESTLÉ® BAK­ERS’ CHOICE Dark CHOC BITS 125g NESTLÉ® BAK­ERS’ CHOICE White CHOC BITS

1 Pre­heat oven to 180°C. Grease and line three bak­ing trays with bak­ing pa­per.

2 Us­ing an elec­tric mixer, beat but­ter, sugar and HIGHLANDER Sweet­ened Con­densed Milk on high speed un­til pale and creamy.

3 Re­duce speed to low. Slowly add flour and mix un­til the dough just comes to­gether.

4 Us­ing a wooden spoon, stir the NESTLÉ® BAK­ERS’ CHOICE Dark and White

CHOC BITS. Roll heaped tea­spoons of the mix­ture into balls ap­prox­i­mately

1 ½ cm and place onto bak­ing trays, al­low­ing a lit­tle room for spread­ing.

5 Bake in batches, around 12-15 min­utes or un­til lightly golden. Stand for 5 min­utes on trays be­fore trans­fer­ring bis­cuits to a wire rack to cool.
