CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
250g butter, softened
½ cup caster sugar
½ cup NESTLÉ® HIGHLANDER
Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 ¼ cups plain flour, sifted
125g NESTLÉ® BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark CHOC BITS 125g NESTLÉ® BAKERS’ CHOICE White CHOC BITS
1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line three baking trays with baking paper.
2 Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and HIGHLANDER Sweetened Condensed Milk on high speed until pale and creamy.
3 Reduce speed to low. Slowly add flour and mix until the dough just comes together.
4 Using a wooden spoon, stir the NESTLÉ® BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark and White
CHOC BITS. Roll heaped teaspoons of the mixture into balls approximately
1 ½ cm and place onto baking trays, allowing a little room for spreading.
5 Bake in batches, around 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Stand for 5 minutes on trays before transferring biscuits to a wire rack to cool.
