Foun­da­tion, corps to col­lab­o­rate on ca­pac­ity build­ing

The Africa Ca­pac­ity Build­ing Foun­da­tion (ACBF) and Direc­torate of Tech­ni­cal Co­op­er­a­tion in Africa (DTCA) are to part­ner in ca­pac­ity build­ing pro­grammes for the de­vel­op­ment of Africa.

Ex­ec­u­tive Sec­re­tary ACBF, Pro­fes­sor Em­manuel Nnadozie, who stated this when he led a del­e­ga­tion to DTCA’s head­quar­ters in Abuja as­sured that the part­ner­ship can ad­vance the mu­tual in­ter­ests of both or­gan­i­sa­tions and Africa.

He said the bod­ies are to co­op­er­ate in the ar­eas of giv­ing grants to sup­port ca­pac­ity build­ing, pro­vid­ing tech­ni­cal sup­port in ca­pac­ity de­vel­op­ment in pub­lic/ pub­lic sec­tors and to sup­port learn­ing as well as knowl­edge en­ti­ties in ca­pac­ity de­vel­op­ment.

Act­ing Di­rec­tor-Gen­eral of DTCA, Mr Shuaibu Suleiman sai the direc­torate was ready to syn­er­gize with the foun­da­tion.
