Dakingari mourns Kangiwa’s death

Gover­nor Saidu Dakingari of Kebbi State has con­doled with the fam­ily of Per­ma­nent Sec­re­tary in the Min­istry of Sci­ence and Tech­ni­cal Ed­u­ca­tion, Garba Aliyu Kangiwa, who died last week af­ter a brief ill­ness.

A state­ment is­sued by the Chief Press Sec­re­tary to the gover­nor, Al­haji Abubakar Mu’azu Dakingari, at the weekend in Birnin Kebbi, said the gover­nor also con­doled with the fam­ily on the death of the el­dest son of the late per­ma­nent sec­re­tary, Mal­lam Bello Garba Kangiwa, who died on Wed­nes­day night af­ter a pro­tracted ill­ness.

“The gover­nor prayed Al­lah to grant late Kangiwa, who died at the age of 55 and his son eter­nal rest. He also prayed Al­lah to grant the fam­ily for­ti­tude to bear the loss,” the state­ment said.

Sim­i­larly, Dakingari con­doled the fam­ily of one of his spe­cial as­sis­tants, Abubakar Kusu, over the death of his one-year-old daugh­ter, Nana Asma’u.
