Sanusi Lamido floors FG in court

Daily Trust - - VIEWS -

I wish to congratulate my dear friend, Sanusi. He must make sure the court forces the federal government to pay that money this weekend.

Julius Joel

julijoe48@ya *********************** When the heart is filled with right stuff, it speaks right. Indeed, former CBN Governor Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, you speak right; you are in the right direction.

hyelwa@ya *********************** Kudos to Justice Ibrahim Buba but the issue is yet to be addressed. The issue is that SLS must be allowed to complete his tenure as a deterrent for future presidents committing such impeachable offences. This also goes a long way to prove that the Senate cannot see beyond its nose; otherwise, it would have declined confirming someone else as the matter was still in the court. Justice must not only be done, but it must be seen as so. These leaders, once they ascend power, they think that they are above the law of the land while it is the law that is upholding them. They are fond of using judges who readily danced to their tunes.

Fage Abdul

aashe *********************** I smell a rat in this judgement. FG should appeal against the judgement while judicial commission should carry out immediate investigation of the judge.

Salisu Suleiman

salisusuleiman@face *********************** This is just the tip of the iceberg; the heap is yet to come. The illegal detention, seizure of passport and subsequently, campaign of calumny against SLS by the government and its agencies is nothing but what Hon. Patrick termed as: directionless directionlessness! God is watching; He never sleeps, neither does He slumber!

cap *********************** The present PDP government is gradually eroding the credibility of respected institutions. Before now, most Nigerians consider the SSS as more credible than the Police and even the Armed Forces. Now, look at the mess and embarrassing situation the SSS has found itself.

Aderemi Adesokan Alao

adesokanalos@ya *********************** Nemesis I am sure, will eventually catch up with the guilty, no matter how long it takes.

Sale Kawu
