Can­di­date of the Peo­ples Demo­cratic Party in the forth­com­ing gov­er­nor­ship elec­tion in Osun State Se­na­tor Iyi­ola Omisore has said that his de­sire to serve Osun is not at the ex­pense of the blood of any Osun cit­i­zen.

Omisore who spoke through his Di­rec­tor of Me­dia and Strat­egy, Prince Di­ran Odeyemi in­sisted that his gov­er­nor­ship am­bi­tion is to serve the people of the state and ex­pressed hope of vic­tory in the elec­tion.

He said the Au­gust 9 gov­er­nor­ship elec­tion in Osun would be a step for­ward from the overwhelming sup­port that brought him in as the gen­er­ally ac­cept­able can­di­date of Osun PDP.

Omisore cau­tioned the All Pro­gres­sives Congress s (APC) in Osun to stop rais­ing false alarm rm in re­spect of the last pri­mary elec­tion of Osun PDP which, he said, was very peace­ful, ace­ful, trans­par­ent and fair. He urged se­cu­rity ecu­rity op­er­a­tives to in­ves­ti­gate APC’s threat hreat of blood­shed.

Omisore ore ap­pealed to the APC to try and learn the e at­tributes of demo­cratic el­e­ments s when­ever it wishes to con­duct its ward and state con­gresses. ses.
