Damboa/Chibok/Mbalala highway in bad state

Daily Trust - - INSIDE POLITICS -

Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume (PDP, Borno), I want to know the effort you are putting in place for the Damboa-ChibokMbalala highway reconstruction, which is the gateway to Chibok land and even to Marghi land and Michika in Adamawa State.

This road hinders our movement to our local government from the state capital especially during the rainy season when it is not motorable. We also need more job opportunities for our teeming graduate youth who are growing by the day. Pharm. Peter Ndirpaya Iliya truepino@yahoo.com (08036097969) I want to use this medium to call on chairperson Senate committee on maritime, Senator Zainab Kure (PDP), who incidentally happens to be the senator representing Baro zone of Niger State, to use her position and make sure that Baro Port Project is completed in the near future.

The project’s completion will be of huge benefit to the people of the area, the state and Nigeria at large. You may recall that the contract for the project was awarded by Late Yar’adua but was halted soon after his demise. Usman Abdullahi Usmanmallami@gmail.com I write to urge Rep Abdul Afees Adelowo Jimoh (PDP, Oyo) of the Irepo/ Olorunsogo/Orelope federal constituency, to do more to his people, despite his commendable feats.

There is dearth of social amenities in his constituency, which we deem it appropriate to channel this concern to him. Abdul Azeez Afiu abdulazeezafiu@gmail.com
