ACF seeks religious tolerance
The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) yesterday felicitated with Christians on the celebration of Easter, calling for tolerance and better understanding among religious groups.
National Publicity Secretary of ACF, Mohammed Ibrahim, urged all Nigerians to practice the virtues of tolerance, forgiveness and sacrifice.
He also called on people in positions of authority to remember that the power given to them by God is transient and make the best use of it for the establishment of a society free of injustice, corruption and other vices that have negative effect on development.
“Nigerians should also pray and work towards peaceful coexistence, harmony and understanding for unity and progress,” he said.
