Tsav faults Jonathan’s response to Nyako’s letter

Daily Trust - - NEWS - From Hope Abah, Makurdi

President Goodluck Jonathan’s response to Governor Murtala Nyako’s letter over insecurity situation in the country indicates a “cover up” on the part of the federal government, Alhaji Abubakar Tsav said yesterday.

Tsav, a former Lagos State commissioner of police, told journalists in Makurdi that the “Presidency rather than answer pertinent questions raised by Nyako and to take steps to correct the anomalies insulted the governor”.

He wondered why “the Jonathan led administration takes pleasure in engaging governors with dissenting opinions publicly”, insisting that the Presidency must provide answers to issues raised in the letter.
