Scotch egg

In­gre­di­ents 4 hard boiled eggs [shelled] ¼ kilo of minced meat or sausage meat 1 spring onion chopped] 1 fresh pep­per [crushed] 1 tsp curry pow­der 1 sea­son­ing cube 1 tsp crushed gar­lic and salt to taste Veg­etable oil for deep fry­ing 1 beaten egg ½ cup bread­crumbs 1 tbsp flour

[finely Method 1. In a large bowl mix to­gether the meat, onion, pep­per, sea­son­ing and spices mix thor­oughly. 2. Coat the eggs in flour, and di­vide the meat into 4 por­tions , take a por­tion at a time , flat­ten it and place an egg in the cen­ter of each piece, us­ing your hands, gather up the mix­ture to to­tally en­case the egg. 3. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Deep each scotch egg into the beaten egg then into the bread­crumbs. 4. Care­fully place in the hot oil and fry un­til golden.
