Miyetti Allah tasks Buhari on Chibok girls

Daily Trust - - CITY NEWS - By Abubakar Sadiq Isah

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) chapter of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) has urged the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari to ensure the Chibok school girls are rescued.

In a statement jointly signed by the Chairman, Ardo Kuje, Secretary General, Usman Abubakar and the Public Relations Officer, Ibrahim Wakili, they noted that the agony parents of the girls have gone through since the abduction of the girls was worrisome.

They also condemned last week’s bomb blasts at Kuje and Nyanya, which claimed the lives of about 20 people and injured several others.

They noted that the attack carried by suicide bombers was aimed at denting the image of President Buhari’s administration, especially now that the army has set a target to get rid of insurgency in the North East by end of December.

“We are

sympathizing with Nigerians, especially those that lost their lives in the recent bomb blast at Kuje And Nyanya. We also pray for their souls to rest in peace, while we wish those who were injured a quick recovery,” the statement said.
