NITDA partners NEPC on content export
Export of Nigerian content is one of the ways National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC) can partner to further promote and develop our products and services to the world, the NITDA’s Director General, Mr. Peter Jack has said.
He disclosed this when he received the Executive Director of NEPC, Mr. Olusegun Awolowo and his team at the NITDA headquarters in Abuja.
Jack said “two components of NITDA’s mandate are IT development and standards, guidelines and regulations therefore we are willing to partner with NEPC for the capacity development of its staff and development of a portal for effective management of export procedures. In adherence to the pursuit of its mandate, NITDA has set up the Office of Nigerian Content Development in ICT to promote local content in the IT sector.”
